Brooks Fitness is a personal training and group fitness service in Rossendale, delivered by Kate Brooks, level 3 qualified personal trainer and pre and postnatal exercise specialist. Services include: one-to-one and small group personal training, group exercise classes, exercise programming, and nutritional advice and general health and well-being guidance. Kate offers personal training and group exercise at Station 22 Gym in Waterfoot and delivers weekly Buggy Bootcamp sessions at Stubbylee Park in Bacup.

Brooks Fitness aims to support, encourage and empower you to lead a more active lifestyle, to be healthy and most importantly happy, promoting positivity and body confidence through exercise.
