Group exercise classes are a great way to get fit, have fun and meet like-minded women. Some of the strongest friendships have been formed through sweat!

Our classes are fun, varied and inclusive. Suitable for all abilities and experience levels, as we can modify each exercise to make it easier and equally we modify it to make you work harder!

Kate’s classes…

  • Mum-to-Be Bootcamp – a prenatal group exercise class to help women stay strong and active through pregnancy. 4 week-block booking.
  • Mum & Baby Bootcamp – a postnatal group exercise class for new mums, babies welcome too! 4 week-block booking.
  • Mum & Buggy Bootcamp – a postnatal group exercise class in the great outdoors, weekly sessions at Whitaker Park in Rawtenstall (starting on 2 May). Bring your babies in their buggies! 4 week-block booking.

Ruth’s classes…

  • Circuits – a weekly circuit class at Primal Boxing and Fitness in Bury, every Tuesday at 6.15pm.
  • Strength & Balance Training for older adults – a weekly chair based exercise class for older adults to build strength, balance and coordination. Every Tuesday, 2pm-2.45pm at Ramsbottom Pool and Fitness Centre.
